Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and approving proofs before production. All sales are final, and refund requests must be submitted within 30 days. In the rare event that quality does not meet our standards, we offer to reprint the product at no additional cost upon verification. Timely delivery is a priority, and we ask clients to promptly communicate any issues that arise with their order for satisfactory resolution.
